You must pass a Secure English Language Test (SELT) in at least CEFR level B1 in Speaking and Listening for:

• Indefinite Leave to Remain (to settle)
• or British Citizenship

Trinity’s GESE Grade 5 exam = CEFR B1.

One-to-One Preparation

To prepare you for the B1 GESE Exam we provide one-to-one lessons with one of our experienced teachers that will run through the exam with you, teaching you tips that will help you pass your exam. They will be able to accurately assess your speaking and listening level and suggest things that need improving on to ensure success with the exam.

A One-to-One session costs £45 and we recommend between 1-3 sessions depending on your current level of English. If you are unsure of your current level we have a short online test you can take to give you a clearer idea. You can find that test HERE.

About the test:

The exam cannot be taken at LVC London School of English. The course fee does not include the price of the exam. The approximate fee for the exam is £150.
